House Rules

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please note the following:

• A minimum stay of two nights is required. Discounts may be available for longer stays.

• We have only 1 Casita (Wood House) for rent that is pet friendly. This is to keep our rooms allergen free and peaceful for the other guests. There is a 2 dog maximum for this casita as well as an additional $50 per dog fee for your stay. No other animals are allowed. 

• Smoking is not permitted in the casitas, the barn, or anywhere on the property.

• Open flames (including candles and campfires) are not permitted anywhere on the property.

• Children under the age of 15 are not permitted, unless the entire property is booked.

• Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am. Please refrain from playing any music out loud, even in your casita. 

• A personal life preserver must be worn at all times when using the canoe or kayak. There is no lifeguard on duty so all swimming is done at your own risk.

 

Damages

If damages greater than normal wear and tear are found after your stay, a fee will be charged to your card on file, depending on the severity of damages. We will let you know in an email why and how much the fee is. If you notice any damages, appliances not working, or light bulbs burnt out, please let us know during your stay.

Cancellation Policy 

If you need to cancel your stay, you may do so up to 10 days prior to your arrival and receive a full refund of your deposit.If a cancellation is made within 10 days of arrival, 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the 15:00 check-in time on your scheduled arrival date will be charged for the full amount of the stay.

Arrival

Check in is between 3:00pm and 6:00pm and check out is before 10:00am.
